In the Matter of the Reappointment of Members of the Indiana Public Defender Commission
ORDER REAPPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE INDIANA PUBLIC DEFENDER COMMISSION

Pursuant to Indiana Code 33-40-5-2(b)(2), as Chief Justice of Indiana, I now reappoint the Honorable Mary Ellen Diekhoff, Monroe Circuit Court, to the Indiana Public Defender Commission, for a term ending May 17, 2026, or until a successor is appointed. I also reappoint the Honorable Kelsey B. Hanlon, Owen Circuit Court, to the Indiana Public Defender Commission for a term ending October 6, 2026, or until a successor is appointed.
