In the Matter of Appointment of Member to the Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure
ORDER APPOINTING MEMBER TO COMMITTEE ON RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

The Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules Committee) was created by the Supreme Court to conduct a continuous study of the Indiana Rules of Court. Pursuant to Trial Rule 80(A), the Court appoints the members of the Rules Committee.
The Court notes that Judge Paul H. Felix is unable to complete his term as a member of the Rules Committee because of his recent appointment to the Indiana Court of Appeals. The Court thanks him for his five years of dedicated service. Effective on the date of this order, the Court hereby appoints Judge Kelsey B. Hanlon to complete Judge Felix's term, which expires June 30, 2027.
