ORDER REAPPOINTING MEMBER TO THE COMMITTEE ON RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

Loretta H. Rush Chief Justice of Indiana

This Court created the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure to conduct a continuous study of the Indiana Rules of Court. And this Court appoints the members of the Rules Committee under Indiana Administrative Rule 4(C)(5).

Members, other than those appointed to fill the vacancy of an unexpired term, serve five-year terms that begin on July 1 of the year of appointment, with a maximum of two terms. Ind. Administrative Rule 4(C)(5). The first full, five-year term of service for Rules Committee member Lilia Judson is set to expire on June 30, 2024. The Court now reappoints Ms. Judson to a second five-year term beginning on July 1, 2024.

All Justices concur.
