MEMORANDUM OPINION
On November 9, 2004, the trial court found that Vicente M. Martinez had failed to pay $30,389.88 in child support. On November 15, 2004, a capias was issued for Martinez's arrest for failing to appear at a hearing regarding a motion for enforcement. On January 25, 2006, the capias was returned, showing that Martinez had been arrested on that date. On February 22, 2006, Martinez filed a pro se notice of appeal stating that he intends to appeal the "sentence" that was imposed against him on January 27, 2005. The clerk's record, however, does not include an order from January 27, 2005. Indeed, the record does not include any final judgment or otherwise appealable order. See Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001); Houston Health Clubs, Inc. v. First Court of Appeals, 722 S.W.2d 692, 693 (Tex. 1986).
We, therefore, ordered Martinez to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Martinez failed to respond.
We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
