STIPULATION AND ORDER


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between creditors Barbara Ann Comito and Charles Comito, by and through their attorney, Beverly Salhanick, Esq., and the trustee, C. Alan Bentley, by and through his attorney, Stephen R. Harris, Esq., Belding, Harris Petroni, Ltd., that the automatic stay in this matter may be lifted to allow creditors Barbara Ann Comito and Charles Comito to proceed with their New Jersey personal injury lawsuit against Preferred Equities Corporation, Ramada Vacation Suites at Brigantine Beach as to debtors' insurance proceeds only.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the New Jersey personal injury lawsuit against Preferred Equities Corporation, Ramada Vacation Suites at Brigantine Beach may be reinstated.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
