ORDER AUTHORIZING SEVENTH MOTION FOR REJECTION OF CONTRACTS

C. ALAN BENTLEY, Chapter 11 Trustee (the "Trustee") of the captioned Debtors, by and through his counsel, having moved the Court for entry of an Order Authorizing Seventh Motion for Rejection of Contracts (the "Motion"); all capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein having the meaning ascribed in the Motion; the Court having considered the Motion and all pleadings submitted by parties in connection therewith; the relief requested in the Motion being in the best interest of the estate and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the premises:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Motion is granted. The contracts identified on the attached Exhibit A (collectively the "Contracts") are rejected and Debtors shall have no further payment or other obligation of any kind or nature with respect to the Contracts. This Order is not intended to have any impact or otherwise affect the nondebtor parties' prepetition or rejection damages.

Any vendors of property or equipment (collectively the "Property") that is the subject of the rejected Contracts must contact the Trustee, in care of Matthew Beresh at (702) 458-4213, within ten (10) days of service of this Order to make arrangements for return of the Property at the Vendors' sole cost. Otherwise, the property will be deemed abandoned.
