IN THE INTEREST OF M.E.G-C., a Child

From the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022PA01633 Honorable Kimberly Burley, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating the appellant's parental rights, which must be disposed of by this Court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. The reporter's record was due February 16, 2024. When Angelita Rangel Jimenez, the court reporter responsible for filing the record in this appeal, did not file the reporter's record, on February 22, 2024, we ordered her to file the reporters record on or before March 4, 2024. When she failed to file the record by that date, the clerk of this court again informed her by telephone that she had failed to timely file the reporter's record. On March 18, 2024, Angelita Rangel Jimenez filed a notification of late reporter's record requesting an extension to March 28, 2024. We GRANT the request and order her to file the reporter's record on or before March 28. 2024.

Given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, no further requests for extensions of time will be granted.

It is so ORDERED on March 25, 2024.
