ORDER

KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE

Based on the Court's opinion of today's date, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction to the extent he asks this Court to compel the trial court to dismiss his case, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus to the extent he asks this Court to compel the trial court to rule on a motion, and we STRIKE relator's petition and appendix.
