ORDER

Delano Medina has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking an order from this court directing the United States District Court for the District of Colorado to hear and decide his pending 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion. This court previously invited the district court to respond.

The district court denied Mr. Medina's § 2255 motion on August 10, 2021, and entered a separate judgment. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed as moot.
