ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Based upon the Stipulation of Plaintiffs and Defendant Stericycle, Inc., and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all claims and causes of action alleged by Plaintiffs against Stericycle in this matter are dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.
