AMENDED ORDER
This Order is to clarify that during the Case Management Conference set for December 15, 2003 at 2:30 p.m., the court will also hear argument on (1) Russ W. Johnson dba Medical Disposal Services' Motion for Separate Pretrial Schedule or Alternatively for a Scheduling Order Allowing the Parties to Conduct Discovery on All Issues Concurrently, and (2) whether the recently filed action Stoll v. Stericycle, Case No. 2:03CV968 TS, which is currently pending before Judge Stewart, should be consolidated into the instant MDL case.
The court previously issued an Order that incorrectly stated that the Case Management Conference was set for December 16, 2003 at 3:00. This Amended Order has been issued to correctly set forth the date and time of the Case Management Conference.
Also, due to questions that have arisen regarding the caption to be used in this action, a sample caption has been attached to this Order. When a pleading or other paper pertains to all actions, the words "ALL ACTIONS" shall appear after the words "This Document Relates to:" on the right side of the caption. When the pleading or other paper pertains to fewer than all of the actions, the caption shall indicate the actions to which the pleading or paper applies. When listing the applicable actions, the case name and District of Utah case number (e.g., 1:03CV28 DAK) shall be provided. Any questions pertaining to docketing in this case will be entertained at the Case Management Conference.
