ORDER This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board regarding the reinstatement to the practice of law of Charles E. Meaden, formerly of Goshen, Connecticut, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1982, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years effective August 11, 2000, by order of the Court filed July 13, 2000;
And the Disciplinary Review Board having recommended to the Court that Charles E. Meaden be reinstated to practice, effective November 11, 2023, on the conditions that respondent (1) complete the Continuing Legal Education requirements for a newly admitted attorney prior to November 11, 2023, and (2) practice law under the supervision of a practicing attorney approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics for two years, and until further order of the Court;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Charles E. Meaden is hereby reinstated to the practice of law, effective November 11, 2023, provided that respondent has completed the Continuing Legal Education requirements for a newly admitted attorney prior to November 11, 2023; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall (1) submit to the Office of Attorney Ethics quarterly reports on whether respondent is practicing law in New Jersey, and (2) if respondent practices law in New Jersey, respondent must practice under the supervision of a practicing attorney approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics for two years, and until further order of the Court.
