MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator seeks a writ of mandamus compelling the Dallas County District Clerk to file relator's motions and compelling the Dallas County District Attorney to disclose Brady evidence. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. We lack jurisdiction over relator's complaints. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004).

Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963).

We DISMISS the petition for writ of mandamus.
