ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 19, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency relief. After considering the mandamus petition and record, and the motion for emergency relief, the court concludes relator is not entitled to a stay of the underlying proceedings.

Accordingly, relator's motion for emergency relief is DENIED.

It is so ORDERED.
