ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

Before the Court is appellant's June 26, 2022 request for leave to file a supplemental clerk's record and for an extension of time to file an amended brief. We GRANT the motion. We ORDER Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley to file, on or before July 6, 2022, the supplemental clerk's record requested by appellant on June 27, 2022. If any of the documents requested cannot be located, Ms. Finley shall state so in writing. Appellant shall file an amended brief on or before July 18, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Finley and all parties.
