ORDER FOR RELIEF FROM STAY


The Court having considered the motion of General Motors Acceptance Corporation requesting relief from stay and the creditor's request that the requested order granting relief from stay have an immediate effective date, and having determined that the motion was duly served and filed and that cause is shown for relief from stay and for the order for relief to take effect immediately,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the automatic stay is deemed lifted to permit General Motors Acceptance Corporation to exercise its rights as a secured creditor with respect to the following described property: 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche, VIN 3GNGK23G93G248459. General Motors Acceptance Corporation may exercise whatever rights it may have under applicable non-bankruptcy law with respect to the above-referenced property. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4001(a)(3) this order shall take effect immediately.
