IN RE MCKENDRICKS MINORS

LC No. 2017-000947-NA.

ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The second motion for extension of time for filing transcripts by Court Reporter LeeAnn Hollister (CER 6852) is GRANTED. The time for filing transcripts is EXTENDED to November 15, 2023 as requested. However, the request to extend the time to November 15, 2023, when the transcripts were originally due on September 20, 2023, is deemed unreasonable for this priority appeal involving the termination of parental rights; and thus, if the transcripts are not filed in accordance with this order, the Clerk of the Court shall immediately refer this matter to a panel of judges for an order requiring Court Reporter LeeAnn Hollister (CER 6852) to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of Court for violating this order and for the assessment of costs against her.
