MOTION DECISION

An order of this Court having been entered on May 23, 2024 (Motion No. 2023-05302), imposing reciprocal discipline on petitioner (who was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the First Judicial Department on March 18, 2019), and suspending him from the practice of law for a period of one month, effective June 24, 2024, and until further order of this Court, based upon an order entered July 20, 2023, in the Supreme Court of New Jersey, And petitioner, pro se, having moved this Court on September 30, 2024, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.16(d), reinstating him as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, And petitioner having failed to submit an affidavit of compliance as required by 22 NYCRR 1240.15(f), And the Attorney Grievance Committee, by Jorge Dopico, its Chief Attorney (Christopher S. Ronk, of counsel), having submitted an affirmation in opposition, dated August 27, 2024, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is unanimously,
Ordered that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon full compliance with 22 NYCRR 1240.16(d), and petitioner Timothy J. McIlwain remains suspended.
