DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Rosemary Knight McGuirk, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 13, 2020, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Rosemary McGuirk O'Byrne.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Rosemary Knight McGuirk to Rosemary McGuirk O'Byrne, effective immediately.
