Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. McGreal, who was licensed in 1990, was disbarred for neglecting seven different immigration matters, resulting in the deportation of one of his immigration clients. He also failed to communicate with clients and did not appear at the disciplinary proceeding.


Order of the Court:

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent Patrick John McGreal is disbarred.
