Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. McGlynn, who was licensed in 1986, was disbarred. He misappropriated approximately $55,800 in funds entrusted to him by 12 different clients. He also made false statements to a court regarding the distribution of certain of those funds.


Order of the Court:

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent Terrence R. McGlynn is disbarred.
