Opinion

No. 05-08-01499-CV

Opinion Filed November 17, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 219th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 219-3960-07.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred by denying relators' motion to compel real party Ronald Wayne Anderson to submit to a physical and mental examination. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
