Relators have presented an agreed motion to dismiss this mandamus proceeding. We grant the motion, dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus, and we vacate the briefing schedule set by the Court for responses from the real party in interest to relators' emergency motion for temporary relief and petition for writ of mandamus.
