Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2004-CI-04191, styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Linda McCauley and Genard McCauley, pending in the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable O. Rene Diaz, presiding judge of the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
