Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Augustus Jerome Mayes has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, asking this Court to vacate the trial court's order denying his application for writ of habeas corpus.

The underlying case is Ex parte Augustus Jerome Mayes, cause number 721771-B, pending in the 177th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Robert Johnson presiding.

We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
