ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM BELL COUNTY

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Julia Ellen Mathes has filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for stay. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.10(a). We grant the motion, and pending further order of this Court, we temporarily stay the term of the divorce decree that reduces relator's and the children's permissible counties of residence from Bell, Williamson, and Rusk Counties to only Bell County or Williamson County as of August 1, 2020. See id. 52.10(b). The Court orders the real party in interest to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before August 7, 2020.

It is ordered on July 28, 2020. Before Chief Justice Rose, Justices Baker and Kelly
