The Petition for Disciplinary Revocation with Leave to Apply for Readmission is denied without prejudice to Petitioner filing a new petition requesting that the disciplinary revocation be made effective immediately, or to him requesting in the proceedings before the referee that the recommended sanction, if any, be made effective, nunc pro tunc, to the date of his emergency suspension.
