PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 105 (Motion to Withdraw Motion)

Plaintiffs' counsel in these cases has sent to chambers the originals of papers styled Motion to Withdraw Motion for Show Cause Order for Fee Agreement.

So far as the Court's records reveal, no motions for show cause orders ever were filed or otherwise received by the Court. In consequence, the motions to withdraw them are denied as moot.

Plaintiffs' counsel is reminded that the originals of all papers must be filed with the Clerk of Court and not mailed to chambers. Henceforth, originals mailed to chambers will be disregarded. Further, plaintiffs' papers henceforth shall comply with Pretrial Order No. 1 in all respects, including the format of the caption.
