ORDER
Peter W. Bowie, Chief Judge United States Bankruptcy Court
Since the hearing on this matter, the Court has extensively-reviewed the pleadings on file in search of support for debtor's claim, made orally at the hearing, that he had attempted to make payments to the lender, Pacific Trust Bank, but the Bank refused to accept any such payments.
Debtor shall have until April 10, 2008 to file and serve any declaration, supported by competent evidence, establishing any efforts to make payments to Pacific Trust Bank, including evidence of whether such payments were accepted, rejected or returned. Thereafter, the matter will be under submission on the Bank's expected revised proposed order granting relief.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
