This proceeding arises out of Trial Court No. 2021-CV-03294, styled Rick Martinez v. HEB Grocery Company, LP A/K/A H.E.B. Grocery Co., LP, pending in the County Court at Law No. 3, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable David Rodriguez presiding.

PER CURIAM

On July 17, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an amended motion for emergency relief, seeking to stay proceedings in the underlying matter. After considering the mandamus petition and record, the court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought.

Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED and his motion for emergency relief is DENIED as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(A).

It is so ORDERED.
