ORDER


This 24th day of April 2006, it appears to the Court that:

(1) On February 9, 2006, the petitioner, Reginald B. Martin, filed a pro se petition for a writ of mandamus. At the time Martin was scheduled for trial in the Superior Court on drug charges. The State filed an answer and motion to dismiss Martin's petition.

(2) On April 4, 2006, Martin pleaded guilty to one charge, and the remaining charges were dismissed. In view of Martin's guilty plea, his petition for a writ of mandamus is moot.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the State's motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and Martin's petition for a writ of mandamus is DISMISSED.
