STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER SETTING JANUARY 29, 2009 DEADLINE FOR FILING DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND PLAN
WHEREAS, this matter is before the Court on the United States Trustee's Motion to Convert or Dismiss this case, and the Debtor's Response and agreement, during a hearing held on December 18, 2008, to the dismissal of this case if his disclosure statement and plan are not filed by January 29, 2009;
WHEREAS the United States Trustee and the Debtor, by their signatures below, have agreed to the following terms and conditions, it is hereby STIPULATED AND AGREED and by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland hereby,
ORDERED, that on or before January 29, 2009, the Debtor shall obtain counsel and file a disclosure statement and plan of reorganization; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that on or before January 29, 2009, the Debtor shall file all monthly operating reports due; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that on or before January 29, 2009, the Debtor shall pay all required quarterly fees due; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that should Debtor fail to complete any of the aforementioned obligations specified by this Stipulation and Consent Order, the United States Trustee may file an Affidavit of Default with the Court, and the case shall be dismissed forthwith.
