It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 12, 2007 be modified as follows:

The fourth full paragraph on page 8 beginning with “Counsel responded ‘right’ . . .” shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “Counsel responded, ‘Right, but I’m here today saying where’s the mediator. She’s not here.’ Counsel then made a general complaint about the mediator’s technique of interviewing the parties separately.”

There is no change in the judgment. Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
