On December 8, 2023, Geoffrey Pawlaczyk filed a notice of appeal stating that he desires to appeal a "[j]ury trial ruling from on or about February 14-18, 2022."
On January 9, 2024, the trial court clerk filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time to file the clerk's record. The trial court clerk's extension request is GRANTED. The clerk's record is now due on or before February 16, 2024.
In her notification of late record, the trial court clerk states that the clerk's record may be approximately 2700 pages. The trial court clerk is reminded that the items included in the clerk's record may be limited to those enumerated in Rule 34.5(a), namely: (1) the pleadings on which the trial was held; (2) the court's docket sheet; (3) the court's charge and the jury's verdict; (4) the court's judgment or order being appealed; (5) any post-judgment motions and the court's orders on these motions; (6) the notice of appeal; (7) any formal bill of exception; (8) any requests for preparation of the clerk's and reporter's records; and (9) any filing designated by a party to be included in the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(a) (specifying the contents of the clerk's record).
On January 2, 2024, the court reporter filed a notification of late record. The court reporter's notification of late record is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending further order from this court.
