Keith Eyer appeals from the district court's order that denied his petition to modify the physical care provisions of the parties' dissolution decree. The modification action sought to change physical care of the parties' three children from joint physical care with Lisa and Keith to sole physical care to Keith. The district court, after considering the appropriate factors and burden of proof, ruled that the joint physical care arrangement should not be disturbed. Upon our de novo review of the record, we find no reason to depart from the district court's findings of fact, conclusions of law, or ultimate ruling. Therefore, we affirm. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.4, 6.24.
