Petition for Writ of Certiorari DENIED.

CHIEF JUSTICE BOATRIGHT and JUSTICE BERKENKOTTER would grant as to the following issues:

Whether a parent present in Colorado solely for the purpose of participating in parenting activities ordered in a child-custody proceeding and without any other connection to Colorado is entitled to limited immunity from other lawsuits under the UCCJEA.

Whether an out-of-state parent is entitled to the minimum contacts due process analysis set forth in International Shoe Co. v. Washington, 326 U.S. 310 (1945), and its progeny when the parent has not voluntarily submitted to Colorado's jurisdiction and is in Colorado solely to comply with a court-ordered visitation right under the UCCJEA.
