IN RE MARN FAMILY LITIGATION

NOT FOR PUBLICATION IN WEST'S HAWAI'I REPORTS AND PACIFIC REPORTER APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT
(MASTER FILE NO. 00-1-MFL)
(CIVIL NOS. 98-5371-12 and 98-4706-10)
ORDER DENYING THE JULY 20, 2015 MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM DISMISSAL ORDER
(By: Foley, Presiding Judge, Leonard and Ginoza, JJ.)

Upon review of Defendant-Appellant Eric Y. Marn's (Appellant) July 20, 2015, Motion for Relief From Dismissal Order (Motion), which the court construes as a motion for reconsideration of the May 21, 2015 Order Dismissing Eric Y. Marn's Appeal Pursuant to Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP) Rule 30, the papers in support, and the record, it appears that: (1) Appellant seeks reconsideration of the May 21, 2015 dismissal order; (2) a motion for reconsideration is due within ten days after filing of a dispositional order, HRAP Rule 40(a); and (3) a motion for reconsideration of the May 21, 2015 dismissal order was due on or before June 1, 2015.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is denied.

DATED: Honolulu, Hawai'i, July 27, 2015.
