ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENIAL OF REHEARING [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

The opinion in the above matter, filed March 29, 2007, is modified in the following respect:

On page 17, delete the first sentence of the first full paragraph, and citation, and substitute the following therefor:

On January 11, 2005, Wilson served a motion for sanctions against Wolff under section 128.7, citing all grounds specified in the statute. The motion was filed on February 2, 2005.

This modification does not change the judgment.

Respondent’s petition for rehearing is denied.
