Opinion

No. 05-06-00245-CV

Opinion issued March 22, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-09382-G.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court abused its discretion in ordering relator to produce financial statements reflecting its net worth. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown it is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
