Opinion

No. 05-05-00291-CV

Opinion issued April 29, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-01-10734-B.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in granting the motion of the real party in interest, Arrow Truck Sales, Inc., to quash relators' jury demand. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show the trial judge clearly abused his discretion in granting the motion to quash. Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
