ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 12, 2021. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Richard Colodny, dated December 5, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Maria G. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for Maria G. to respond to the appeal:

and it is further, ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact the respondent Maria G. at the address provided by the Court, and shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal on or before January 3, 2022, in writing, that she has done so and that either

(1) the respondent Maria G. is interested in responding to the appeal, or 1

(2) the respondent Maria G. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Maria G., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
