DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Anthony Joseph Mangone for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mangone was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 24, 2001. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 24, 2011, Mangone was disbarred from the practice of law, effective November 29, 2010 (see Matter of Mangone, 86 A.D.3d 79).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Anthony Joseph Mangone does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
