ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO BRING TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT INTO THE COURTROOM


THIS MATTER came before the Court upon a Defendants' Motion for Leave to Bring Technological Equipment into the Courtroom for Use During the Hearing on Provider Plaintiffs' Motion for Clarification of the December 11, 2000 Arbitration Order and to Enjoin Arbitration of Nonarbitrable Claims, filed on October 4, 2002 .

THE COURT has considered the motions and the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

ADJUDGED that the motion is DENIED as being unnecessary at this hearing.
