From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023PA00975 Honorable Raul Perales, Judge Presiding
ORDER
PER CURIAM
This is an accelerated appeal of the trial court's order terminating appellant's parental rights. The disposition of this appeal is governed by the standards set forth in Rule 6.2 of the Texas Rules of Judicial Administration. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. Accordingly, this appeal must be brought to final disposition within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Id. Appellant filed a notice of appeal on October 10, 2024.
Appellant's brief was originally due to be filed on November 12, 2024. On November 15, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting a forty-day extension to file the brief. We granted appellant's motion in part, extending the deadline to file the brief to December 2, 2024. Our order cautioned appellant that further requests for an extension of time to file the brief would be disfavored.
On December 2, 2024, appellant filed a second motion requesting a ten-day extension to file the brief. We granted appellant's motion, extending the deadline to file the brief to December 12, 2024. Our order cautioned appellant that the extension was the final extension of time appellant would be granted absent extraordinary circumstances.
On December 13, 2024, appellant filed a third motion requesting a three-day extension to file the brief. Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due no later than December 15, 2024. FURTHER REQUESTS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
It is so ORDERED.
