ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal of the trial court's order terminating appellant's parental rights. The disposition of this appeal is governed by the standards set forth in Rule 6.2 of the Texas Rules of Judicial Administration. See Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. Accordingly, this appeal must be brought to final disposition within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. Id. Appellant filed a notice of appeal on October 10, 2024.

Appellant's brief originally was due to be filed on November 12, 2024. On November 15, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting a forty-day extension to file the brief. The motion is GRANTED IN PART. Appellant's brief is due no later than December 2, 2024. Appellant is advised that further requests for an extension of time to file the brief will be disfavored.
