ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE

THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon Debtor's Objection to Claim of Internal Revenue Service and the United States of America's Response to same. The Court has considered the Objection and Response, together with the record, and finds:

The Internal Revenue Service's proof of claim is prima facie evidence of the validity and amount of the claim. F.R.Bankr.P. 3001(f). The Court shall overrule the Debtor's Objection as it lacks the necessary specificity to overcome the prima facie evidentiary effect of the Internal Revenue Service's proof of claim.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Debtor's Objection to Claim of Internal Revenue Service be, and the same is hereby, overruled.
