On March 15, 2024, relator filed an unopposed motion for an extension of time to file a reply in support of relator's petition for writ of mandamus. After consideration of the motion, this court GRANTS relator's motion. Relator may file a reply no later than April 3, 2024 Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.5.
