Appeal from the 383 rd District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2007-CM-7936) ORDER
The notice of appeal was received and filed in this office on January 13, 2016, and upon further review of the notice of appeal, it appears that the Order Modifying a Prior Order in a Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship does not reflect the correct year the order was signed by Judge Herrera, 383 District Court Judge.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS that the Honorable Mike Herrera, Judge for the 383 District Court of El Paso County, Texas, enter a corrected order, nunc pro tunc, including the correct year the order was signed. The corrected order shall be filed with the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, and the District Clerk shall include said nunc pro tunc order, in the clerk's record once it is prepared and filed with this Court.
