IN THE INTEREST OF L.Z.R., a Child

From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022PA01163 Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice

Appellant C.M.R.'s brief was originally due on April 29, 2024. On May 17, 2024, we issued an order notifying appellant that her brief was past due and requested that appellant file her brief no later than May 24, 2024. To date, appellant has not filed a brief or a response. Appellant is therefore ORDERED to file, by June 14, 2024, her brief and a written response reasonably explaining: (1) her failure to timely file a brief, and (2) why appellee is not significantly injured by appellant's failure to timely file a brief. If appellant fails to timely file a brief and the written response, we will dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b)-(c).
