ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 17, 2023, May 30, 2023, and October 25, 2023, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals from the orders dated January 17, 2023, and May 30, 2023, in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant Social Services Law § 384- b (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Sheldon D. G., 6 A.D.3d 613; see also Matter of Alyssa L. [Deborah K.], 93 A.D.3d 1083, 1084-1085), by each uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or affidavit on that issue, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website on or before March 15, 2024; and it is further, ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties or their attorneys, via email to the email address provided to this Court, or if no email address is available for service by regular mail.
